The location on the Tidal River is amazing, and the Domes have everything you need for a comfortable stay! Will be back again!”

Staff were very helpful and tried to solve our problems…#1- heat pump stuck on cool..provided extra blankets #2- unable toget into bed as the mattress was the very high ( I am 5-6) provided a stool and offered to change rooms..which was not practical as we were very tired and ready to sleep! Once I finally got into bed it was very comfortable. I have stayed at The Pines before and have had no problems but this time…I was disappointed”
