Needs improvement in room service protocols like sending a tea in a paper cup with tea bag inside ( as if room service should be like take away to go out) or forgetting to send salt and pepper in tray when you order scrambled eggs. They don’t have the individual portion. Air purifier in room is too noisy. So is the little fridge. Location and building are beautiful. ”
