I did not care for being charged $3 each for the two bottles of water I enjoyed that appeared to be 'complimentary' amid the coffee, cups, etc. There was a note attached to the neck of the bottle, not overtly clear about it being complimentary for Hilton members only. Wow. Can't just comp 2 waters for ANY guest? Decptively cheap move. And ~...

“This COULD BE a great local hotel. It's close to downtown, in a relatively quiet location, with some green space. Unfortunately, the manager is not on site, the room was dirty, the shower did not work, the air conditioner/fan did not seem to work, the grounds are poorly maintained, and I was charged more than I was quoted. Because the manager was not on site, I was not able to get a refund for the difference.”

“AC in room wouldn’t work had it set at 58 and still hot, no exhaust in the bathroom, noticeable big stain on comforter, and in the morning had to get up twice because of knocks on the door by employees, I answered both times then the 3rd time they opened the door and luckily I had the lock on this was all before the 11am check out time”

The cleaning products masked it slightly as you go up the stairs and in the 2nd floor hall, but not for long. The room itself seemed clean enough, but the smell permeated everything.
