“Fix the wifi, fix the fan, do something about the too much light getting into the windows. Serve breakafast to guests until 11am. Fix the toilet door upstairs, its clunky, heavy and uncomfortable. Do something to get rid of spiders.”

“Crazy tight parking, witnessed one lady crawling through the hatch to get to the driving seat to get her car out. Short staffed, service was slow at the restaurant, took 45 minutes to get a drink, and no they were not busy just untrained people. Young Chef at breakfast had a bad attitude, slamming down dishes and cutlery, completely put me and family off of breakfast. Good location for walking the town of Shrewsbury, and the bus station is next door, so you don't have to unwedge your car from...

“The property was great. My party really enjoyed it. The only issue is that it was very cold when we arrived. I would suggest in winter having the heat on several hours prior to guest arrival. Otherwise, a great experience. ”

“We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One small suggestion for improvement: the laundry took quite a while to complete a cycle, so providing a few additional instructions for using the washer and dryer would be helpful for future guests.”

“This was my first time staying here or even being in Shrewsbury and I can honestly say it was fantastic. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and able to give me suggestions on places to visit during my stay. The breakfast was fantastic and food served during the day was also amazing. Room was lovely and clean and a good size. My only problem was the mattress on the bed was so hard it was difficult to sleep. Other than that thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Thank you to all staff”

“We had a two night stay in one of the double bed room with an ensuite. The room was perfect for our intended stay. The room we stayed in did happen to be directly next to the roof garden so the Saturday night was fairly noisy but wasnt too much of a bother”

“It was good value, but over the bridge from the town centre and another 8 minutes walk. Breakfast was generous, but the time had to be pre- booked at reception Room was a slim 1st floor challet.During restaurant hours you hear the clatter of saucepans and drone of exaust fans. Not a problem if your heading out for the day / evening.”

“We didn’t get room booked. Was not a king bed. And there was no mention of two flights of stairs to the attic room.”

“Check in was quick and welcoming. Parking was not an issue as I travelled by train, but there was a large car park. There was a nice seating area in addition to the restaurant. I did have a tile missing in the bathroom and the edge of the carpet was very dirty - not been hoovered for ages. Breakfast was good.”
