“Breakfast was ok. Room was ok. The main issue was the guy in the room next to us yelling and shouting at his wife at 2am in the morning. This went on forever. Took the hotel a long time to do anything about it. We had to call the front desk multiple times. The police showed up banging on the door and shouting…pulled the guy out into the hallway next to our door to question him and go through their whole ordeal whether the would book the guy or not. Middle of the night, so loud, all this going on...

“Ottimo hotel, nuovissimo, situato a Renton, quindi necessaria auto se volete visitare Seattle. Colazione e parcheggio gratuiti. Stanza grande e confortevole, 2 queen bed. Qualche pecca nelle pulizie: un giorno se ne sono dimenticati, un altro fatta a metà. ”

“We booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled. They immediately messaged me after booking to tell me how to get ahold of the shuttle service. The staff were very very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. They made a bad experience much better!!
