“Arrived a little before 3pm and were turned away as check-in was 3pm. Evening staff were rude. There was a hockey tournament and alot of players/families staying at the hotel - they were so loud, running up and down hallways, banging on everyone's doors. Parents/coaches getting drunk and loud in the common area. None of the vending machines were working. Pool - we were unable to enjoy it as it was over run by rude, obnoxius teens. Towels in the pool and hot tub. A parent or coach present but...

“Nice clean, quiet room. Everything was in great condition. Despite it being right on Hwy 10 and not far from the train tracks, it wasn’t noisy at all. Great shower pressure and room amenities. The included breakfast was very good for a complimentary breakfast with lots of selection including hot items, and very good coffee. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. Lots of parking. Didn’t use the pool, but it appeared to be very popular with the young kids, so I would definitely recommend...

“I have stayed at this hotel several times. However, this time it was under major construction and no one mentioned anything including Expedia. Parking is always a challenge and their Lost and Found should just be called lost. Likely will look for alternatives next year. ”

“Excellent staff at this location. Kudos to Emma for going above and beyond on many of our stays. This visit due to a change in our circumstance we required a different bed set up and we got upgraded to a more suitable room. Only thing missing in my opinion from this hotel is a pool and hot tub.”
