The staff here are so welcoming and kind, we got a room massage (they offer massages in ur room for cheap) & said they could order our food as we get a massage as we arrived late and had a long travel day. They were super helpful with booking our day trips also! They gave us recommendations for food places & shopping malls which were 10/10 and were also cheap but DELICIOUS! When...

“The style of this hotel is really strange, way over-stuffed and mixing different styles. Rooms are large but quite dirty, the bathroom is ok, but no shower gel provided. Swimming pool and pool bar are nice and quite enjoyable. Staff is friendly and ready to help: they prepared take-away breakfast for us (going on an early morning trip) and can get both tuktuk or motorbike service. Massaggi divini e super economici, mi sento di consigliare il Balai signature. Le ragazze della reception sono sempre pronte a soddisfare qualsiasi bisogno e richiesta, offrono anche un servizio laundry express dove nel giro di poche ore fanno recapitare il tutto in hotel. “We stayed dor 4 days and the whole stay was awesome! The food was great, the restaurant was by the sea so it was nice to see a great view. The staff were very helpful and nice. The airport shuttle service was great too!”

“I would definitely stay here again! The beds were so comfortable. The pool was amazing. Within walking distance to Robinson, Starbucks, Jollybee, chowking, specially if you did not want to eat at the hotel. However, we did enjoy the food at the hotel and the 24 hour bar and food service. ”
