“Loved this place! Very clean and gave us a chance to relax at the end of busy city days. Supermarket & mall just around the corner and very Grab tuktuk to anywhere in the city. Apartment was very comfortable and tv and washing machine a real bonus. Nice staff ”

“A small but cozy hotel. The hotel staff is friendly. Aruba, the cafe/restaurant on the ground floor serves beautiful food. ”

“Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm.”

“The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. I went back and forth 4-5 times before it finally worked after he kept badgering to pay even thought it was his own card reader. The man directing traffic was very nice. Breakfast was ok. “中国系のアパートと併設のホテルだけど、ラブホテル？４時間料金とかが書いていた。 デポジットが一部屋50ドル必要で、翌朝部屋をチェックした後に返金すると言ってたけど、30分以上かかり、お金は新札のドルで払ったけどボロボロのドルとリエルで戻って来た。 朝食は朝7時でビュッフェと書いていたけど選ぶタイプで、変な組み合わせだし、美味しくないし、コーヒーはインスタントの袋で作っていて美味しくなかった。朝食会場のスタッフは中国語しか通じないし、サービスとは程遠い態度。 シャワーのお湯は出なかった。”
