“Loved this place! Very clean and gave us a chance to relax at the end of busy city days. Supermarket & mall just around the corner and very Grab tuktuk to anywhere in the city. Apartment was very comfortable and tv and washing machine a real bonus. Nice staff ”

“Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm.”

“The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. I went back and forth 4-5 times before it finally worked after he kept badgering to pay even thought it was his own card reader. The man directing traffic was very nice. Breakfast was ok.
