“Struttura situata a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, facilmente raggiungibile. Ha una fermata dell'autobus 1 minuto dall'albergo. Ci si muove molto facilmente. Il locale è molto caratteristico. La stanza è piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Il letto è sopraelevato rispetto al piano normale. Ma è possibile dormire anche nel piano di sotto con il futon anche matrimoniale, basta chiedere alla proprietaria. Il bagno in camera ha il tutto necessario comprensivo di doccia.

Todo está en japonés, sería recomendable que hubiera instrucciones básicas en inglés, como el número de recepción y como encender las luces de la habitación.”

“An incredibly well designed hotel! It's modern and yet full of history of Otsu. Certainly a hidden gem. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Not to be missed is their guided tour by the hotel staff. We love hearing the stories and the neighbourhood eating places are simply amazing!! We'll surely come back again. Thanks for making our stay a truly memorable one. ”

“Excellent, easy-to-get to hotel with wonderful lake view; very good place to stay and access Kyoto/Uji etc.
The only slight criticism would be the swimming pool - access earlier in the day (from 7:00 am ? and maybe keeping it open later than 17:00) would be highly desirable !!”

This was incredibly helpful. Another highlight of our stay was the wonderful welcome tea and tasty breakfast provided during our stay. Although it was a bit more expensive than other options, these benefits were well worth the additional cost.”

“This Ryokan is so lovely. Upon checking in they served me tea and waffles in my room and then left snacks in addition to the free tea and ramen in the hallway. The room was extremely clean and it was so nice to put on the yukata they provided and sit on the cool tatami floor at the end of the day blow drying my hair. The futon bed was also very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I return to kyoto. ”
