Hotel vicino a Centro Commerciale Azrieli Mall Haifa - Haifa

“Good”

“Carmella si è rilevata una struttura particolare. Ambiente piacevole situato in un bel quartiere alto di Haifa. Personale gentile. Struttura ben tenuta. Camera grande e con letto molto comodo. Assolutamente consigliato. ”

“安息日と言うことで、部屋をグレードアップしてくださったようでした。”

“Air conditioning was very sub--par”

“We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. In line with other reviews, there is a restaurant below and there was some noise from that. It bothered us sometimes more than others. The layout is as in the online pictures, so it was not a...

“I'm usually using this hotel for my business trip in Haifa. It is quite, with a nice view on the bay, and close to the square with many restaurants, and cafe. The hotel itself is good, but it is a little sad: never too many people, few personnel, the bar is frequently unattended and offers a limited choice. Internet is terrible in some room: slow and with a very weak signal.”

“Excellent place, And the view from the room was wow. Only problem was , in the shower , suddenly came hot hot hot water, that really burn me. Then Cold cold cold water after. This was uncomfortable at all. All the rest was amazing. Highly recommended”

“Easy check in nice room the only thing is there are no face or hand towels were provided ”

“Fantastico, monolocale spazioso con vista sul mare con angolo cottura completo di forno a microonde e piano cottura a induzione, ferro da stiro, bagno spazioso con vasca, il tutto ad un ottimo prezzo. Non potevamo trovare di meglio.”

“The good: location and view. Right on the beach. The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same...

“Scomodo”

“Clean property and was great for parking as it was accessible to a free parking lot next to the building. Also walkable neighborhood. Clean hotel and spacious and beautifully designed, and staff were very friendly. For a 5 star hotel i was hoping to see some additional amenities such as a bidet in the bathroom, some toiletries in the bathroom were missing, more than a single water bottle during my stay, and there wasnt a lounge area to accept guests except for a small breakfast area that didnt...
