“Hotel di buon livello. Non funzionava la piscina”

“As a Platinum member of IHG, this hotel is ever the most ridiculous experience. I arrived and received a looks cleaned room. However, there is some sort of marks and scraps on bed and unknown liquid mark on hair drying, only one set of towel and unknown hair on toilet seat, as well no coffee machine and chair. Though the staff give me a room change, it’s basically nothing offered for a such unsatisfied experience especially as a member of the IHG.”

“I will start with the positive stuff. Breakfast was reasonable, the hotel was quiet, the area was safe and convenient, and there was ample parking. The room was large which was a nice touch for my family of five. They’ve also obviously put some money into updating the lobby, which is cute and makes for a pretty good first impression. “Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.”

“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“Not enough light in room”

“Room 204 (1) Room was musty. (2) toilet was not attached to the floor. (3) shower soap / shampoo / conditioner was empty. (4) Bathroom needs a makeover.”

“Unfortunately the property environment is not ideal for families with small children. People were smoking there most of the times, even the blankets have cigarette burnt holes which they haven’t changed. Beds are squishy, likely to get back pain. The room itself smells bad. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends.”
