“Family trip, 2 rooms (507, 508) Dec 2023. Rooms spaceous, bigger than expected, clean. Bed and bath linnen clean, no stains. Barhroom nice, full ammenities (even a razor). Good water presure, and really hot water quickly. Good restaurant, extensive breakfas with many chices. Rooftop lounge with view over river and airport in the distance. Only issue: airconditioning in 1 room was not cooling enough. ”

“All in all, everything was great except the room. The food and staff in the front and the restaurants were exceptional. The room on the other hand had a water leak coming from the from the AC vent. We arrived after 27 hours of travel with three different flights and arrived around 2am on the 27th. I put our bags in the area meant for them and when we woke up in the morning early, our main luggage was completely soaked from the heavy drip over at least 4 hours. When we called they sent...

“Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich wollte ein neues Hotel in Flughafennähe entdecken, und das war sehr gut. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet! Sehr freundliches Personal! Ich wurde um 9 Uhr telefonisch erinnert, dass das Frühstück noch bis 10 Uhr offen ist. Wunderbar, denn ich hätte mich ansonsten verschlafen. Der Swimmingpool ist nur 120cm tief, gut für Kinder. Ca. 1min vom Hotel entfernt gibt es kleine Straßenrestaurants, wo man um ca. 1 bis 2 Euro sehr gut essen kann! Fahrdauer zum Flughafen...

“한국출장객입니다. 자카르타 출장자 많으실텐데 한국인 리뷰가 없어서 도움이될까 해요. 23년 출장에도 머큐어 탕에랑에서 지냈고, 24년 출장에도 머큐어 탕에랑에서 지낼정도로 만족한 숙소입니다.
근처 가게로 이동할때는 GRAB이용하면 되고, 배달음식도 빨리오고, 특히 호텔 내부 레스토랑이 합리적으로 잘되어있어서 여기서 24시간 지내도 즐겁게 지내실 수 있을 것 같습니다.”

“I like the design and the layout of the hotel. The roof-top swimming pool and the fitness room is really nice with a good view of the area surrounding the hotel. Things are new and clean in the hotel and I hope that the hotel will continue its effort to good maintenance. The breakfast spread is good and staff are friendly.”

“The receptionist Vicky really made our experience a welcoming one. He upgraded our room when he couldn't find one in the non-smoking room. Additionally, he spoke with me and my fiance in English which helped us ease into the culture and community. ”
