“one of he main reasons we chose this hotel is because it had a pool. after checking in upon going to the pool we found it to be cold as ice and the water was cloudy and murky. unusable. will not stay here again.”

“TV was hard to navigate, only 1 chair (for 2 people staying). Beds were comfortable. Overall ok for one night.”

“Beautiful hotel!! Only complaint is only one of the 3 elevators are working and it’s slowwwwww.. people were aggravated about it. Staff in boxcar rooftop restaurant are too busy chit chatting and they don’t focus on customers..food is just ok.. simple bar food..”

“The Hotel and staff were very accommodating. We had an issue with a third party booking (Expedia), for the paid rates. Devon was able to adjudicate the rates and get us checked in. One of the hotel beds nearest the door was sinking in the middle.”

“Room smelled very musty, was damp, old and run down. Woke up with headache due to smell in room.”

“When I walked into the lobby it was hot, so I checked in anyway, staff was helpful, went to the room it just felt dirty the A/C was cold so it kelp the room at a good temp. Made the best of it, left at 3:30 am so don’t know what breakfast was like, Libby was still hot so don’t think I wanted to see breakfast anyway. I had family with me they had to go to another hotel because of bedbugs in their room. Overall the place was very poor managed”

“We accidentally made a reservation from Meridian, Mississippi, instead of Meridian, Idaho. When you realize this called your hotel and they associate there was happy to cancel and refund our payment. However, he also told us to email Expedia in order for them to call him and verify the situation. We did this and have not heard back yet from Expedia in any way shape or form they did send us an order about a hotel in St. George, Utah, which we stayed at months ago, but nothing about this one. “It was shown cleaner and more up to date. The dishwasher pulled out of the hole when the door was opened. The shower had old tile and looked run down. The door to the room did not swing shut automatically. They switched my room and it was a little better but the shower still looked old and mildewy around the caulk. There were lights hanging out of the ceiling in the check in space. It was noisy with the waffle house right next door.”

“The room was effectively clean. The comforter was stained on the outside. I wasn't too concerned about that. The reality is, I wanted a cheap room. I got one. Was it everything I'd like to have?
