“Windows in our first floor room had rickety single latch locks and the window sill had outdoor debris trapped between a loose screen and the glass. Very poor for security. The desk had furniture polish residue which stained my yellow tee shirt. Old mattresses were made quite comfortable with an extra top pad.
Staff was fine and the plumbing worked okay.”

“Pros:
Room service came by every day and it did have beds.
Cons:
The Pool was closed down, green and it didn't look like they had any intention of ever getting it back in order. My kids were not happy and neither were we because we were told that there was one there when we booked.
The Internet was TERRIBLE! The connection was so poor it dropped constantly and wouldn't load anything during brief moments of connection. I had to buy more data on my carrier which cost me more than it should...
