“The staff were so dedicated, welcoming, supportive and respectful. I traveled 4 hours for my doctor’s appointment and I wasn’t feeling good. “The property is nice, clean, and updated decor. The comfort, room, area, and facilities were between good and excellent. I am appreciative for that. Your swing shift desk person has a snarky attitude, like my last stay. NOT friendly at all like I and other customers were bothering her. Others made the comments as well. “Clean room but the water is so strong that it splashes all throughout the bathroom.
No pool and common bathroom at the ground floor when we went this oct. Breakfast is just fine. No cooked breakfast: only bread, coffee, cereal, some fruits which is ok to start the day. Close to vancouver mall
And restaurants nearby. Overall good price for family and our fur baby.”
