Hotel vicino a Centro Commerciale Global Harbor - Shanghai

“We had a great stay except taxi or didi drivers couldn’t find the location and dropped us off at wrong places. That was very frustrating as we don’t speak the same language.”

“Staff was super helpful and upgraded our room at no extra cost when we arrived. Not around much but was great still for our stay”

“Ottimo hotel, molto confortevole”

“Great experience, went 2 times within few days and both times got upgraded, both rooms were quite nice Staff is super friendly. Swimming pool good just ok for the kids or for relaxing a bit, cannot really swim or sunbath Chinese restaurant quite good. Overall very happy, great price/quality ratio and highly recommended if u need to catch an early train/flight from Hongqiao ”

“From a Group like Hyatt,I DEMAND that the staff speak English! find someone who speaks English (apart from reception) is impossible! there is basically no way to communicate if you don't speak Chinese! UNACCEPTABLE!!!”

“They never contacted me with the info to get in so I was unable to even get into the property. Also not around many things to do”
