“Nice hotel, clean, good staff”

“The internet was terrible if you don't go to certain areas of the room, some areas in the bathroom were a bit unstable, there was mold at the bottom of the shower door, the bed sheets were either stained or ripped, the housekeeper would sometimes leave the dirty plates and cups behind, sometimes for days. And there were bed bugs in the bed.”

“The front staffs are very kind, and they did their best to solve customers' requests.”

“The staff made up for the fact the hotel building is a bit dated. Very clean, fantastic breakfast, close to Serpong train station and newer/modern Aeon Mall BSD City. Special thanks to Yudi, Edy, Dina, Asya and Rahmat and the rest of the staff that I didn't get names. Very professional and well managed. Thank you for 6 nights, would book again.”
