“Almost everything was perfect.
Remarkable clean apartment!
Good location, working kitchen, washing machine etc...
Good swimming pool.
Breakfast was good for both Chinese and Western food. Quality of western pastries need to be improved.
The only problem was with Wifi/networking.
Wifi signal was weak in the room. Cell phone signal was almost zero in my room. Sometime it is not possible to get confirmation SMS. In the hotel lobby the wifi and cell phone signals are ok

“The hotel is in the main Beijing's way near the Regent hotel. The hotel is big and the quality is top. The breakfast is very good. They clean my room twice a day. All the staff is excellent. Above all, I have to tank Mr. Andy Jia, the man of the staff who was very helpful with me. He is gentle and polite and do all is possible to help me. ”

“Everything is malfunctioning. We had a room with a uncomfortable bed, probably replaced and misplaced, shower door missing handle so you were trapped inside. Room was terrible hot you cannot sleep. Everything has stains, mud, missing pieces. Definitely the worst "hotel" in Beijing ever been. Staff is very friendly and caring but the hotel need a deep refresh and clean. The entrance at the ground floor is scaring , dark and abandoned.”

Ed è a un passo dalla via dei negozi Wangfujing. Gli spazi comuni dell’hotel sono magnifici. Le stanze molto grandi. Magari qualche aggiornamento al bagno e al sistema di controllo delle luci sarebbe necessario ma resta un hotel eccezionale, per livello di servizi e posizione. ”

“Staying at this hotel was a really pleasant experience. Rooms are very clean. Hotel staff were very helpful. English was good with some but not all staff so make sure you have a translator app and you'll have no problem. Also, be careful to look for their red sign on a fence as the hotel is down an alley, not on the main street. Be sure to take exit E3 from Wangfujing Station and you'll be a 3 minute walk away. ”

Il personale è gentile ma, e qui vengono gli aspetti negativi, non tutti parlano bene inglese ed è stato complicato comunicare le nostre richieste alimentari. Mia figlia è celiaca ed in fase di prenotazione ho richiesto esplicitamente se fornivano colazioni senza glutine. Pur avendoci assicurato la possibilità di avere pasti senza glutine l'unica cosa che ci hanno preparato per quattro giorni è stato uovo strappazzato e riso, del pane di segale . L'ultimo giorno ci hanno addirittura detto che non avevano il riso"

Unica pecca: la “spa”. Piscina fredda, abbastanza sporca e rumorosa (è un centro di nuoto?)… la spa consiste in due piccole piscine in cui non ho avuto il coraggio di mettere neanche un dito.
