“The hotel is a big complex with multiple buildings. The surrounding landscape is beautifully designed and maintained. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. But it’s in the Tianfu airport which is far from the city. However the hotel does offer an airport shuttle and the airport has a subway stop into Chengdu proper. ”

“We arrived at 8:30pm. Restaurant was closed and not even the snack bar or coffee was available. No room service available and nothing explained. When we came down in the morning, lobby was full of litter and fast food bags. Room was clean and bed was comfortable so tolerable.”
