Staff super kind, rooms are ok. Improvements: 1) clean the water pipes of the showers as the water come out a bit stinking. 2) as there is not toilet shower, at least place a toilet brush, it is not a big cost.”

“Camera ampia e ben arredata , bella piscina .
La struttura non è in una zona centrale ma ha la fermata della metro internamente quindi è comodissimo raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione.
Inoltre c’è un mall aperto fino a tardi dove si può trovare qualsiasi cosa ... tra cui molti ristoranti.
Unico neo .... poche cose per la pulizia personale... impossibile acconciarsi i capelli , la presa del phon in bagno nn c’è è tanto meno vicino ad uno specchio”

“Hotel door not working & required to go around back. Old mattresses with black mould around the back. Poor customer service on arrival & throughout stay. Cockroaches in room & elevator. A bunch of dead cockroaches in the cupboard that were not cleaned up. I pressed the button to instruct “do not disturb” and my room was cleaned when I came back. Room was alright ”

Sinceramente avevo dei dubbi leggendo i punteggi e le varie recensioni precedenti, io credo che molte di quelle che davano giudizi scarsi si riferivano a camere vecchia prima del rinnovo.
Unico aspetto negativo era la mancanza di finestra, ma era indicato e comunque è normale per Singapore.

laundry service expensive and abslotely weak. I complained and nothing happeneded.

"Le zone pubbliche dell’hotel sono molto caotiche e piene di gente, sopratutto grandi gruppi organizzati. Questo comporta anche lunghe attese agli ascensori. Il personale dell’albergo spesso occupava gli ascensori con materiali ingombranti senza dare priorità agli ospiti.
La camera è molto piccola e facevo fatica ad aprire la valigia, ma il letto è comodo e la stanza pulita. Il bagno era fornito solo di due asciugamani grandi e nessuno piccolo."
