“The property is clean. I noticed that the stove was a bit not clean when I checked in. But generally was clean. The washroom cabinet was broken, I let the team know and they fixed but didn’t last. The team was very cooperative but sometime I need to repeat the request to get things done. Generally it was a good experience. Most likely will come again”

“I had a very pleasant stay, initially booked the room for a week just in case, but I booked again for 10 days. Room was prefect, bed very comfy, reliable WiFi and kitchen equipped very well. 10 minutes walk from Point 90 Mall, The American University, cafes and restaurants. Adding location is very secure and safe. The cherry on top are the staff, very kind, helpful and responsive. And would give them 7 stars. Breakfast for additional $3 is a bargain, although after a couple weeks it becomes...

“My experience at this hotel was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled awful. There were roaches in the hotel. The staff ignored all my messages. I booked 6 days but checked out after 2 because I couldn’t sleep properly in those conditions. When I left, the staff didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. This was completely unacceptable.”
