Tuttavia le camere dell'albergo sono un pochino da sistemare, e forse meriterebbero una ristrutturatina.
Dispone di parcheggio nel retro a pagamento (45 rand al gg se non ricordo male) altrimenti si può parcheggiare lungo la strada gratuitamente, e senza lasciare nulla in auto si può stare tranquilli.
Facilmente raggiungibili lo stadio di Durban, il casinò ed il lungomare è difronte all'hotel.
