“Great stay great value”

“The room was spotless, and the staff were very responsive. Check-in and check-out were smooth. However, the view out of the window was depressing: old, abandoned, multi-storied government quarters. I realize that the hotel cannot do anything about it. Our room keys often failed, and they needed to be rekeyed. This was for multiple rooms that our family used. “This property located one of the prime location. Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me.”

“Spacious, very clean, well maintained frequently serviced rooms with modern good quality furnishings, and amenities including a/c, fridge, hot water. Breakfast is included, excellent variety. Very polite and helpful staff, nothing was a big ask. Only downside was the noise of traffic on Park Street which was really the sounds of Kolkata life.”
