“A cute little 1br unit, convenient to Ketkai mall ”

“Food were cold in the breakfast buffet. You will look for your own table, some staff just talking to each other not attending to the guests. There are times that you have to lean forward when getting food because the staff didn’t put it closer or move the food closer nor refill the container when there were few left. They waited for the guest to tell them what to do.”

“The Split AC in the room blasts right down on the beds..two of us got sick from it..also they charged us for the 3rd bath towel even knowing there were 3 of us in the room!!”

“Overall the stay was solid. Everything was clean and well-kept. The people at the front desk were nice. When we needed something they were accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, and cooking supplies. I was surprised at the variety they had. I'd stay here again My only complaint is that the shower doesn't close all the way, so water will splatter onto the floor by the sink. They provide a squeegee to help solve this, but it didn't do a very good job. For a few hours...

“Everything was great, including the location, staff, and convenience. However, for about 90% of my stay, I didn’t feel safe. Every night, around 12mn-2am, someone would try to open my doorknob. I have a doorknob alarm that would turn on every night, confirming my suspicion.”

“Great little no-nonsense hotel in the middle of everything. The watch maintained at the entrance was always courteous, attentive, and smiling. The breakfast was simple and AMAZING. Really blown away by that. The whole place: a diamond in the rough!”
