“Good price ratio but Extremely packed, lack of service not enough for the Number of people. Cannot use swimming pool as too crowded by not very well educatore people staying inside quite dressed....”

“First time staying here and it won't be the last. The hotel is very clean, my room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the pool is fantastic. I wish i had spent some time in the lobby bar. But hands down -- THE STAFF ARE THE BEST! Every single staff member was the most polite, the most friendly, the most helpful, and the most professional out of all the "major" hotels I've stayed at in the city!”

“Good breakfast but coffee and juices that were part of the breakfast fell short so we ordered those off the menu at an extra cost. The hotel is Conveniently Close to SM mall. Room was small so we upgraded to a large and clean room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a problem with a slow drain in the shower that they improved but it slowed again on our last day there. Overall, a pleasant stay. ”

“We got the suite room and when we got into the room there was pool of water on the floor which I almost trip into. I called housekeeping and we waited for awhile for them to clean up. I called the housekeeper whom I saw out outside. He took some pictures.”

“The hotel itself is nice, Diversion road is always busy and not much sound barrier. No smoking allowed in the whole city. So if you smoke and get caught you get a fine. It makes you feel like a criminal for smoking cigarettes.”

“Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!”

“This property exceeded my expectations. It provided a clean, well appointed, comfortable and affordable overnight stay. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Should I need another overnight in Iloilo I will return to this place.”

“This place was not like the picture that Orbitz posted (they did not show the rest of the building or the rooms) and the reviews were mis-leading .The area and the muddy dirt road leading up to the Inn were disturbing. The room, which opened with a regular door key, was very unpleasant and a bit scary...not suitable for even one night. I immediately booked another location, forfeiting the money I had paid for multiple nights. I felt mis-lead, and I blame Orbitz for the waste of my time and...
