“Overall great experience with hotel. However, check in was very disappointing. I called ahead to notify them we were in the area. The receptionist (Ashafar?) Seemed minimally engaged or eager to help at all. Upon arrival he seemed bothered and distracted. We were the only ones checking in at the time and it took a bit to get going. ”

“We recently stayed at the newly renovated Residence Inn in Pleasanton for five days, and it was truly an amazing experience. The property is beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were—especially in meeting the needs of my child with special needs. “A short walk from Maverick's, where my Son's engagement party was held! After the fun, I had a great night's sleep in my beautiful room! The next morning, I went to the Bistro in the lobby area and picked up a Starbucks latte and a delicious breakfast sandwich with fresh fruit cup. Members of our party had gathered in a semi private area (in the lobby), where we relived the highlights of the previous night with joy and laughter! Another perfect Marriott stay💕”

“We had a amazing stay here. Very clean and comfy. Check in was quick. Area that its in was good and quiet. Very safe environment. We stayed 3 nights on our family vacation. Location was close to alot of places to eat and close to Wal-Mart which made it great. We will definitely be back for another stay.”

“Rebecca at check-in was very efficient. She provided details & what to expect. The FULL breakfast was just that - many options, worth the stay! The gym was a plus, though we didn’t get to use it due to our schedules. There are casual & fast food restaurants, a mall & general shopping nearby. It's an older bldg (definitely not upscale), but it met all our needs. Staff was friendly, it was clean, comfortable with nearby amenities. We'd book here again.”

“It was a quick trip for a friends birthday. We’ve stayed here before so we were already familiar with the property. The check-in process was easy and quick.
