Il personale è sempre stato gentile e cortese.
La nostra stanza molto spaziosa si affacciava direttamente sulla bella piscina dove è stato possibile consumare la colazione nel più completo relax al suono del rindik .
La struttura si trova a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal Centro e a 20 Minuti dalle spiagge di Seminjak

“The Trans Resort is amazing. Service is exceptional. We stayed in a villa and had a butler on call for anything we need. I needed extra help because I have a mobility aid so they built a ramp for me to get in and out of villa. Dana the hotel manager was so good in assisting us with booking restaurants and giving us recommendations. ”

Breakfast was prepared and cooked in the villa. There was also a personal massage room inside my villa with a huge personal pool. Great location from the nightlife in Seminyak and not too far from Finn’s beach club. Overall amazing resort and I highly recommend staying here!”

The property had everything that was needed for the stay, and if we required anything, the staff were very happy to accommodate us. We had the same cleaner throughout our stay - he soon got to learn our quirks!! We loved having our pool, our area, which enhances the relaxation. During our stay, we also used the restaurant and the spa areas.”

“Really calm and well located. You have a lot of good restaurants nearby. Also a pharmacy and multiple atm machines.
The breakfast is delicious, home made right in front of you.
There is also special attention to ensure mosquitos stay out of the common areas which is also nice.

"Un hotel bello ma un po’ datato, sicuramente non all’altezza di un 5*.
Abbiamo avuto parecchi problemi con l’acqua che non era calda, ma appena tiepida.
Non danno come servizio il late check-out, quindi alle 14.00 bisogna lasciare la struttura

"Very bad experience. We got a "superior" room at the end of the structure at the border of a club. The first day loudly disco (even with closed windows) until 11PM .... the second day they started with loudly entertainment and music at 7:00AM !!!! When we complained we were told that no other rooms were available. We called Expedia and....guess what?.... they offered us a change room (but for 1 night only). After a second complain they moved us to another room for our last night.
Terrible experience, terrible support by the local personnel. Ask for rooms in the middle of the structure if you want to go in this hotel. "
