“This place is a holy grail. The staff are so warm and helpful. The ryokan is beautiful. We had the onsen as well they have such a little beautiful onsen pool surrounded by trees and overlook the sky. "My main complaint is that the heating in the rooms is very low (travelled in january), and it's clearly stated that the staff can't do anything about that. I would add that the mini fridge tends to freeze stuff even at the lowest setting.
