“La struttura pur non decentrata non è esattamente in una zona comoda. Non v'è alcun appunto da muovere se non l'estrema cortesia e attenzione da parte di ognuno dei dipendenti. Ho trovato il portare un po' di frutta, un gesto semplice ma squisito.
Unico appunto è l'estrema rumorosità dell'impianto di condizionamento.”

Breakfast options were great, be warned it does get busy and so you will have to queue after 8:30/9am. We went early so did not have to queue.
Location is excellent. The metro station is walking distance and you can also walk to the main shopping area Orchad Road.”
“I loved this hotel! This will be my new secret hiding spot when I am passing through Singapore. This is a boutique hotel, with a small amount of rooms, so it is always very quiet and private. It is the perfect upscale place to avoid crowds. The scent upon walking into the hotel was breathtaking!”

The room was not ready for the check in time so we just asked them to call us or send us a mail as soon as the room was ready and they answered that it was up to us to get in touch with them to have news because the hotel hosts a lot of people and they can't call everyone.”

the room without body lotion,
no complimentary bottles of water;
laundry service expensive and abslotely weak. I complained and nothing happeneded.
