Hotel vicino a Centro Commerciale Update Tower - Dhaka

“We were visiting Bangladesh from Canada. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel internationally. The check in time was very delayed. They could not give us a meal after we ordered one. The toilet did not flush properly, Washroom door did not close. Our room’s faucet/shower only had hot water. The staff and general manager were liars and did not give any apology. There is no shuttle service although they advertised this. I would give this place a 0 star if there was...

“This hotel shouldn't be Expedia, there are multiple reasons why. On going construction in the building and guests are unable to sleep during the day. Because of the banging and drilling noise, I hadn’t slept in two days so asked front desk for refund for the next two days so i can find a different accommodation, they told me there is nothing they can do and wont issue a refund.
