Hotel vicino a Centro Commerciale Victoria Gardens - Bangkok

“This is not a bad hotel,just not what it is advertised to be. Upon arrival I was shown to a pokey little room which was clearly not what I booked. When I objected I was given the room I had booked which was bigger and better but very tired and shabby. It is not an expensive hotel but I just wish hoteliers would be truthful in their description.”

“Big issue I had here was my wife was pregnant and they did have an elevator. Also room was not very clean and had ants. Asked to just cancel even though we were only there for 5 minutes front desk called the manager who then said no refund. So asked if we could change to the main building that has an elevator as wife is 8 months pregnant and the stairs are too much for her. Front desk calls the manager again who said yes but it’s an upgrade and will cost $175 more, Expedia even tried to...

“Le Monsieur responsable parle très bien l'anglais mais chambre vraiment chez l'habitant, obligé de demander des serviettes,devoir payer 10 baths du kW pour l'air conditionné, payer en plus même le papier toilette10 baths le rouleau ,pas de carreaux aux portes seulement un tamis, les chambres auraient bien besoin d'un coup de peinture,pas de frigidaire non plus , ,une nuit suffit dans un hôtel de ce genre , ,vu le prix, vraiment a déconseiller, ”
