“Everything was great! The only issue we had was with the pull out sofa. The mattress was unusually uncomfortable. I know sofa beds are not the most comfortable to begin with but this mattress was the worst i had seen. It has springs throughout right under the material that covered it. You felt every one of them. My grandsons who slept on it, would have rather slept on the floor. Thankfully, the staff gave us an extra comforter that we laid over top and cushioned the springs a little. When a six...

“Just to note if you arrive after normal business hours, you have to call from the lobby phone to have someone come check you in. but the person that came was very fast. This facility was very very clean. There was a lot of snow and rain when we were there and they kept up with mopping floors to prevent people slipping. Everyone we encountered was very friendly.
