Hotel vicino a Connexin Live Arena - Hull

“The staff were available through email, and allowed me to check in early which was very helpful and kind. I didn't love the layout of my particular room, I didn't know quite what to expect from the photos which aren't reflective of the actual rooms. The bed was in a small room to the side with barely any space around it, and the living room/kitchen was quite narrow. “Absolutely vile and not fit for a hotel! First time in my whole life I have ever walked out of a ‘hotel’ We walked in went to our room and husband had a panic attack. Snot and body fluids on walls sheets all marked. Urine or sweat stains all over mattress protector. It stunk to high heavens and was disgustingly. “Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of just over 2 weeks. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had a lovely top floor single room an nice skylight window. Purtroppo ci è capitato dei vicini di camera molto rumorosi, gridavano, sbattevano le porte, ridevano, piangevano e questo sin dalle 6h e la sera. Dopo una settimana abbiamo chiesto che ci veniva cambiata la camera. Tuttavia l'hotel è rumoroso ogni chiusura di porte corrisponde come a un tuono. “We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. ”
