“No cleaning service during the stay. Bathroom paint job was pretty bad considering the recent renovation. Maybe the repair was incomplete? There is an energy saving power shutoff system that dropped the temperature at night. I suggest they put an information card or sign up to explain how it worked because we were just guessing.”

“Booked last minute on Expedia due to flight cancellation. When arriving at midnight front desk clerk tells me the power has been disrupted and they could not take Expedia reservations. Told her it was non refundable and all hotels at DTW were sold out. Her attitude was terrible and she was going to kick me out after a long horrible day in the middle of the night. After some begging she gave me a room. For a 2 star hotel they overcharged knowing travelers were desperate. Never again ”
