“Good place”

“Abbiamo passato solo una notte. L' hotel è carino Il personale gentile.Le scale nella stanza sono decisamente scomode e fatte male”

“I will give a good review. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room, and when I called the next day, the receptionist informed me that they had been found and kept safely. I am very grateful, as I rely on my AirPods every day. > > The hotel was very clean—just a bit old, but great value for money. If you’re looking for a good, affordable hotel in Uganda, this is a great option, although it is a little far from the city centre. ”

“Stayed at Greendale for about a month. Really well furnished. I'm a germaphobe and this place is mostly immaculate. Friendly stuff, the pool came in handy during the hot days. Responsiveness from management to issues is satisfactory. I think the only suggestion I would make is the electricity pay-as-you go component ought to be mentioned on the site as something that has to be reloaded by the tenant after the initial tokens run out so one knows what to expect. All in all, you won't have any...

“The apartment was extremely clean and tidy, breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were extremely helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable!”

“We had 3 rooms booked and paid for in full. But when we arrived the hotel was booked out. Very disappointing. The reception staff were very nonchalant and didn’t really care that we had paid in full yet no rooms were available. The Manager, however, was good. He apologised over phone to us (he wasn’t actually there). And he got our money refunded in full. But it took several messages between us, the Manager and Hotels.com to get them to refund us in full. And the refund took 3 weeks to...

“Amazingly kind staff! ”

“Brian and his team did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and safe!”

“Jag hade en fantastisk vistelse ! Området var lugnt och mycket välskött, perfekt för avkoppling. Säkerheten var på topp dygnet runt, och fastighetsskötaren var alltid hjälpsam och uppmärksam. Allt med vistelsen var verkligen 100%. Jag rekommenderar varmt detta boende till alla som söker komfort, trygghet och en tyst och trevlig miljö.”

“Prompt housekeeping…”

“I can't sleep at night on account of heavy traffic noisy for 3 nights. Terrible. I requested the change of my room, employee refused my suggestion. Oher side room is better, but they denied the my suggestion. I don't want to recommend any more with internet reservation. Hotel gave me a bad room.”

“I booked and paid through the app. But they refused me check inn.”

“I need my refund before I sue you. The hotel refused to give me a room. They doesn't have any contract with you. If I don't get my refund I will take this matter to coat of low.”
