Hotel vicino a Centro Culturale Vidawasi - Urubamba

“I really liked the staff, each of them. They ask me in advance when I’d have my meal, they are attentive, and they’re kind and honest people. The dog and cats at this property contributed to a friendly atmosphere as well.”

“Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic”

“I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment...

“Posto bellissimo e soprattutto staff gentilissimo. Avevo un problema di salute e sono stati super disponibili ad aiutare. Li ringrazio ancora”

“We have a wonderful vacation with family. Great place”

“It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. This is only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (I think) so we got lucky as we were okay there one night. Worth it. He was so nice and educational. We’ve never...

“I stayed one day/night at this hotel, and the experience was fantastic. This is not a luxury hotel, but the views, gardens, and food were excellent! The staff at the restaurant were kind, friendly, and respectful.”

“Modern, thoughtfully designed room. Typical breakfast but with real coffee and juice.😀Super pleasant and responsive staff. Beautiful surroundings. All at an amazing price! We wished we could stay longer.”

“Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion.”

“Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. ”

“Paisaje natural”

“Very helpful staff, nice views and beds with proper duvet!”

“Clean and safe. Great staff, limited breakfast. Large room and good shower.”

“Fabuloso lugar y la atención de todo su personal es de mita alta categoría. Sin duda, recomendaré a mis amistades visitar este hotel.”
