Stay away!!!! Worst hotel ever!! The good reviews are scam!!, Rude and unfriendly staff trying to scam you, loud and noicy, dirt everywhere, awfull bathroom, bad beds, no WiFi. Terrible, terrible stay. Had to change hotel. 0/5 stars from me. People, do your self a favour and DONT’T book this hotell!!!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The biggest concern was security. A complete stranger was able to reach our room and leave a letter there. We felt so unsafe that we called the police and filed an official complaint. The hotel staff did not seem to take the situation seriously or provide a clear explanation. The room was also extremely cold because the air conditioning could not be properly turned off. Even with several blankets, we were uncomfortable and became sick. As a couple, we were also given two small single blankets instead of one proper large blanket. The bathroom and shower looked old, poorly maintained, and not clean. A friend staying at the same hotel also had a serious issue with his room door, which raised further safety concerns. All of this happened during only four days. I will not stay here again and hope management takes the security, maintenance, cleanliness, and heating issues seriously.
