It was my first time in Kualalampur. We had a lot of expectations from the hotel. We wanted a clean room & comfortable with the great view of twin tower. Everything we got in the property. The property gave us a nice apartment. We really enjoy there. The room was excellent. We will come back again to stay here. The swimming pool on top floor, its amazing. View of twin tower & city view. Whole Kualalampur city you look from top floor. Best hotel ever we had finish our stay. Thank you our host Mr.Vhupal We recommended the place & this property.

Where to even begin... We have stayed in Kuala lumpur many times in different apartment hotels but this was by far the worst. Firstly check in process was very poor and unprofessional, staff member basically handed us a card and took to the room and left. When we arrived at the room it was an absolute state, stank of cigarettes. Dirt everywhere, marks all over the walls, broken furniture. The toilet had a pool of water around it from a leak. We were offered a room change and all the rooms were of a similar poor standard. We took the least bad of the options. Most rooms only get given a single key to share between 4 adults. No safe, no microwave,You can get a clean once every 3 days and thats a faff to organise. The cleaning quality is subpar and done by the same staff member who did check in! No explanations or anything. The host is relatively responsive when you message but trying to get anything done is so slow. Asking for a change of towels takes hours (only happens if you ask) when towels are changed they'll replace the wrong number (took 4 towels away and gave 2) Will absolutely not be staying here again and would urge others to avoid.
