“This is the second stay here since new ownership. Not much change. Staff not as friendly. That's due to not knowing them for 10 years like the previous staff. So I expect that. The property is still in need of maintenance. The receptacle at the sink didn't work for coffee maker. GFI wouldn't reset. Tv cutting out. Still the best balcony to set at on the river. They are doing some work there with trash container in lot, so they deserve a chance to do better. It takes time. Been coming there a...

“Not at all, the breakfast menu was horrible, No hot food, no bacon ham eggs no juices. any fruits Coffee broiled many hours ago, can’t drink I never seen hotel breakfast menu like this. ”

“Newer property, clean, good location. Unfortunately most guests are construction crew for highway repairs working late shifts. Woken up at 4:15 each morning by large trucks backing into spots with safety horns beeping. Woken up again at 6am by day shift cranking large trucks and letting them warm up for 15 minutes. Talked to front desk asking if they could ask crew to not back into spaces and they said NO. ”

“This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. The room was in very poor condition—there was no hot water, the shower and toilet were both broken, and overall the place felt run down and poorly maintained. On top of that, there was no smoke detector, which is a serious safety concern. And I even stated it to the staff and basically gotten brush of about it.
