“From checkin to checkout, the DSH was a wonderful stay. It had a rustic charm and was a little creaky, but that's what adds to its charm! The beds are very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean and the staff was helpful and professional. My friend and I loved the wine tasting room, too. We'll be back!”

“This place was wonderful. The breakfast was top notch, like a top tier restaurant. The host Don was so friendly and went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome. We had a wonderful time at breakfast with the other guests. We definitely plan on returning! I wish we had more than one night. There were beautiful Mountain View’s as well. ”

“We came down to attend a wedding and took in some of the tourists attractions nearby. The cabin was perfect for our family. Very clean, inviting and comfortable. We loved the private location and wooded area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely stay again. ”

“The hotel was excellent—honestly, the room felt very cozy. However, for a group of five people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail. Everything was in place and fully stocked, but it lacked thorough cleaning, especially in the shower area. On the other hand, the included breakfast was outstanding and of very high quality. “It's a beautiful place. You will have to drive if you want to explore the area. Just 10-15 minutes you can be in town. But the grounds and accomodations are worth the drive. ”
