“A friendly face greeted us when we arrived. Was a welcoming room and very quiet. Would recommend for anyone to stay and I will stay again.”

Manager came to see how everything was. Told her the waitress never took our food order. Another 10 minutes later waitress comes back takes our order. Once our food came, my husband cut into his steak and it was raw. He ordered medium and they only seared it. So after over an hour of us got get our own...

“Desk staff was great. On site restaurant is where the free breakfast comes in, very good and the waitress is fantastic. Our room however left much to be desired. Old, broken items, loose toilet seat, wallpaper separating from the wall, holes in the carpet and a broken desk chair, but we persevered. We've seen worse. We've stayed here many times but the place is starting to show it's age and is in need of renovations.”

“Very clean cabin, beautiful lake view. Love the mattress in the bedroom, very quick response from staff for anything we needed. Love that there is a gas grill available for use but you will need your own grill utensils we used a butter knife and a fork to flip our burgers. Restaurant there was also great, delicious food, friendly staff and great drinks. The "beach" is just a sandbox by the lake. “There was trash left in our room, I went back down to the desk and ask the night worker was he sure our room was clean, he said where the beds made, to which I replied yes. Then he said we have new people working. So that’s probably why. There was only one washcloth and only 2 towels in the bathroom. I had to go back down and ask for more towels and washcloths, also. WE WILL NOT be staying there again!!”

If you’d also like to be informed that there is a temporary hold (there are resorts I’ve stayed at with less hold than this), for a lesser rate a night room… this is the spot. In case you were hoping for a deadbolt, it will be ripped off the wall surrounded by claw marks. When you head into the bathroom; you will be promptly greeted by complimentary cockroaches in the tub 😊 The absolute WORST experience I have...
