“The Inn appears to be run by 1 individual who is a bit overwhelmed. Rooms were clean but it could use some updates. Bring your own toiletries as there aren't any offered at the inn. Breakfast is made to order. Omelets are full of onions. Meat lovers means an onion omelet and bacon on the side. I do believe that the owner did put in the effort but I think he has too much for 1 person.”

“Didn't look like floors were done in a while and around flush. Tub liner gave me the ike. Mattress was stained also shower curtain.”

“The apartment was cute, very clean, a really nice atmosphere. Questions and concerns etc (were late checking in) were dealt with quickly professionally and with friendliness. Parking is well thought out and easy to get to. Security was great and communication was quick and timely.”

“Our room was simple but clean. No staff on duty when we got there but had left the key for our room and a message through Expedia what room we were assigned. The property was safe. It looked to be under renovation. There is an outdoor pool but of course it wasn’t open at this time of year, the end of April. ”

“I love the Delta in Fredericton! I especially love the lobby, which is so inviting. You can sit and have a cocktail, have a coffee or simply sit and people watch! The staff, particularly Liam at the bar, is phenomenal!”
