“Very Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service at the front desk was horrible. The staff member was incredibly rude, especially when my daughter was simply trying to purchase an item. His attitude was so unpleasant that he actually made my daughter cry. No guest, especially a child, should be treated that way.
The breakfast was also very disappointing. The food was poor quality, and the coffee was terrible.

“We stayed in The Cabin, which is a large converted pottery studio with a beautiful interior. Two king beds and very roomy. “If I could give Brook Trout Inn ten stars I would. Julie, her husband Steve, and their right hand woman, Holly, were welcolming, friendly and helpful. The facilities were spotless, the breakfast eggs were cooked to order with almost everything else you could ask for to start the day. Run, don't walk to this Inn the next time you are in the area and need somewhere to stay. Who needs a chain hotel when you can stay with what feels like family❤️?
