“Had a excellent stay”

“The room was very outdated. We experienced roaches in the room. The balcony door was very hard to close, and it did not lock. The lavatory sink in the outside of the bathroom was very damaged around the sides. We paid for an "Ocean View" but we could barely see the ocean through a gap in the trees. Not hardly worth the extra money. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the parking was easy.”

“The location is excellent, the lack of someone in the office or even available through the phone could make your stay very unpleasant. We were locked out for several hours because the automatic door locking system, all our stuff were inside the room and no one from the property was around to help us out and we called several times the numbers on the door and no response. The room itself is nice and have a cozy kitchenette.”

“I didn’t like that the pool was dirty I had to clean it several times to be able to swim in it. It was full of stuff from the trees and bugs all the time and every time I used it I had to clean it myself.”

“I did not like the staff member Linday from the minute we checked in she was micromanaging everything my family and I were doing, she was completely useless and not helpful with anything. Completely terrible experience. Will never book a stay here again.”

“L'hotel si trova alla periferia di Ft Pierce, ideale per chi vuole fare una sosta per la notte lungo la strada. La signora della reception non era molto gentile, mentre il collega della mattina successiva lo è stato molto di più. Pulizia decisamente migliorabile. Colazione con prodotti industriali molto pesanti.”

“They did not clean the room the next day off my arrival and the following day I left, when I asked the reason for that they said that they don’t clean the rooms the day after arrival if I don’t ask for.”

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The location was convenient, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.”
