“I was in room 431 and you could hear the machine on the roof running all night long. It was irritating. I believe it was the air-conditioning unit.”

“If you like to sleep with mice, please stay here. The staff was friendly but this hotel is not maintained to rating it has! We had a mouse in our room, we had stained towels, floor felt dirty, flickering lights, and it smelled in the rooms. We left our stay early and will not return to this location. I am disappointed in a hilton hotel!”

“This was not a hotel. The rooms were ok but found a used ladies underwear by our bed. Outside it was scary because no lights and smelled like weed. Had to carry our heavy luggage up to the second floor. This was not a hotel experience. We came to attend a wedding in the Area.”

“This Home2suites is more for the business purpose. No whirlpool at the swimming pool and the EV cable is half broken. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of varieties to choose. Area is fine since it’s at Livermore but it will be the one time deal for me to go with the my family”

“Ottimo hotel la camera eccellente, il personale gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto un problema x il pagamento del passaggio al Golden Gate a San Francisco e colui che era alla reception si e dedicato a noi più del dovuto ( anche lui non riusciva a capire come si dovevano inserire i dati sul sito). Ottima la posizione , più economico di hotel a San Francisco, che dista solo circa 30 Minuti di macchina,vicino a diversi centri commerciali e outlet.”

“The breakfast was vey poor. There was very little variety and what was provided was generally unappealing. For example, rather than being individually packaged, the toppings for toast and bagels were left uncovered in community jars which I found unsanitary. The toaster did not toast anything even on high. The linens were poor quality. It is obvious that the rooms need to be updated.”

“We stayed for 2 week nights. It is one of the few properties in the area that allowed our dog. Overall, the stay was great. It was some of the best hotel service we have ever received. And I think their customer service was honestly the best part of the trip. They were very helpful and answered our questions with great knowledge. The food was good. Nothing to complain about. The buffet and eating area was spacious. Overall, the property was clean. I think my only complaint would be that there...

“This hotel is absolutely wonderful in the best shopping center in Dublin close to everything. Staff was very helpful with a full breakfast spread every morning at no additional cost. I will definitely stay here for future trips.”
