“Amazing staff and clean rooms. Great location”

“Great location. Fabulous breakfast. Wonderful staff. Very comfortable accommodations. Close to the Columbia River for a long refreshing walk. Close to some great restaurants. (Might suggest updating bedspreads, texture is a bit rough.) Otherwise, if in Richland we’ll visit The Hampton Inn again.”

“Would have been a nice stay but the people next to me were fighting at 4am and banging on walls and slamming doors and yelling. Rooms where nice and the staff were. Pool was empty though. No hot tub.... Not sure ill stay here again after the people whom they rent to!”

“Off the bat, the receptionist was rude and dishonest about restroom facility on first floor, even though we were prepaid guests. Housekeeping only for more than 3 day stay ( unless you make prior arrangements). One bath towel for three days. Yuk! Covid is done. Why not clean daily like the "old days". Price is good, but stay is not. Find a different hotel.”

“Breakfast was poor, hot tub was hit but jets where broken, property was clean, room looked clean at first glance but with closer look was not very clean bathroom had black mold, all outlets where worn out so nothing would stay plugged in without help, room next to us was blaring tv or music well past 10 PM. For the price there are nicer options in the area”

“Kevin was awesome! He was able to get us a room near a door to accommodate our dog. The room was huge and the breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and more! Bed was very comfortable. Thank you!”
