“Holet was close to the ball parks we were playing at but the tv was confusing to use and the faucets were hard to use . Beds were hard”

“Quiet, clean, great hospitality. Good room service, breakfast was a grab and go breakfast with healthy options, plenty of coffee.”

“Should add more for breakfast and make it on the go for people that has to work or be at certain place at a certain time.”

“We left about 20 minutes after checking in the woman at the front desk was very nice however I was a mom and teenage son party and did not go safe. Anytime my 14 year-old son feels like he has to stand in between me and men that is not a good situation. There were multiple men just setting outside and a drunk man at the top of the stairway on floor three when we got off the elevator. The hallway and room smelled bad.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean along with the rooms. Room was spacious. Breakfast was your typical continental but they kept everything fresh and hot. Definitely would stay again!”

“The room was clean. My only complaint I had was, we could not get the temperature at the right comfort zone to be able to sleep.”

“Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster.”

“We didn't stay long, but the time we were there was pleasant.”

“People loitering in camp chairs outside the property, elevator filthy, walls filthy, smelled like weed, prostitution taking place, razor in toilet, rusty bathroom fixtures and no lighting in bathroom. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. Needless to say, we left and did not stay. I do not recommend this place at all!!!”

“Super pleased with our stay in Hampton in Suites, Charlotte. Facilities were clean, staff is friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast included a large selection of menu options. Throughout the breakfast hours the dining area was well maintained and food was constantly replenished.”
