“I had a service dog with me, just because I stepped out the property for a few without my dog, the way the front desk clerk at the time bought it to my was uncalled for, her tone and the way she delivered the message UNACCEPTABLE ”

“This is an amazing home that is filled with beautiful woodwork, fireplaces, stained, glass windows, perfectly decorated, comfy blankets, and extra amenities to make you feel at home. It’s a quick walk to the Diamind. The hostess Dan is fabulous, she is very responsive and easy to work with. She gives you step-by-step directions and is very supportive with any questions you have during your stay. I wish I could spend every weekend here in this adorable home. “Bath tub stains, toilet had odor and hallway walls had repair work in progress. Pool inaccessible as well. Breakfast was served from 6-9; I arrived at 7 to bacon so crispy it snapped and with only a few strips left. Potatoes undercooked and oversalted. Coffee that was lukewarm needed to nuke it in microwave right from dispenser. Certainly not like my Marriot chains but their availabity was full.”

“First we rented a roof that had a handicapped accessible restroom. When we arrived the room was unavailable they said bc of a water leak. So we were stuck in a room with a bathroom the size of a closet. Not wheelchair friendly at all. The good part was the service to try and replace the room was excellent and the people working there very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean so I'll give it that. The hallways going to the rooms are not clean however. But keys worked the inside and...
