“Amazing room, clean, friendly staff”

“Great staff, room was great being next to the beach. The carpets were stained so we asked for beach towels to lay down, so we didn’t have to walk on them. Room was small, no microwave, but still a great stay.”

“Was perfect overnight stay for us with a dog. Although we could not spend time in the common outdoor lounge/picnic area, it was very nice. Bed was comfortable. There was even a small refrigerator and microwave that was convenient. The only small issue I had was with some plumbing smell from the bathroom, it was minor issue but would be nice if it is fixed. ”

“Honestly, this was a decent hotel room. Given the location, the price was incredibly reasonable. The room was clean, smelled great, walkable to restaurants and Walmart, just a short drive to Pismo Beach, SLO and a blip longer for Santa Barbara… The man who checked me and was incredibly kind and very accommodating. He even asked me if I preferred to top or bottom floor, which was incredibly helpful given the fact that I have three young children. I was very impressed by him. I would absolutely...

“A beautiful peaceful place! Friendly staff from check in to the bar with Rebecca! She was on top of it all! Great conversationalist and multi tasker anticipating your next move. Jumping in to seat guests in the dining area too! At breakfast, Irene, Aiden and Kaila were fantastic too!! The food was great and we loved relaxing on the lawn! Our room with a view was great and the sound proof room was appreciated!!”

“I had a fantastic stay at the Shore Cliff Hotel. First, the customer service was excellent. It was raining when we arrived, but the front desk team stayed upbeat, which made a big difference for us. Second, the room was warm and welcoming. We booked the two-bedroom suite and the view was absolutely breathtaking. And the morning breakfast? Excellent.
