“このホテルは入口から掃除、受付、全てのスタッフが笑顔でとても気持ちが良い。部屋はもちろん隅々まで綺麗で快適でロビーから部屋まで嫌な匂いが少しもない。また朝食がとても素晴らしく強くおすすめします。私はジョグジャカルタのホテルにいままでも他にいくつか泊まりましたがここは家族でもカップルでも出張でも、ベストなホテルです。 部屋からの景色も綺麗です。 また、向かいに接続するショッピングモールで両替からレストランまで利用できロケーションも便利です！”

“Very damp”

“Rooms were lack of maintenance and well below from hygiene standards. Moldy bathrooms and bad permanent bad smell tried to masked with sprays... ”

“The basement parking entrance & space are p0very tight. I suggest to have a better design for the transport parking facility.”

“Hotel has great facilities overall and staff is very nice and professional. However, shower was a problem with lack of hot water, clogged sink and bath tub and limited towels. Management needs to be more efficient.”

“It was in a good place not to far to walk too the mall clean and tidy”

“After an easy check in we got to our spacious room. The beds are quite firm and not so comfortable but it was nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options- cereal, bread, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, rice, noodles, chicken… The pool was also really nice (and huge!) and on weekends they have kid activities. My daughter loved the activities and the staff made them very fun. ”

“The room wasn't really clean, I found cockroach in the toilet. The television chann sometimes gone, but if you don't watch tv it doesn't matter. The area pretty strategic. And the receptionist service very good. ”

“The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city.”
