“We stayed for one night during our travels. The room was nice, bed was comfy. But we kept hearing a loud bang in our room every 15 minutes which prevented us from sleeping. We did stop downstairs for breakfast. The food was really cold when served. I mentioned to the front desk and manager about the noise and they said they would comp us but never did. “Very disappointed, when we arrived from a 9 hour drive from Georgia just to find out there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked . We were not in Louisiana on vacation we were there because my husband sister was killed by a train and we were there for her funeral. So not having a room made it worse.”
